T Tally

01 — What you are paying for

Every subscription,
on one statement.

Two questions most teams cannot answer quickly: what are we spending on software, and what renews next? Tally answers both, and the warning arrives before the card is charged — not on the statement afterwards.

The alert for the first of these went out two days ago. That is the whole product: the charge stops being a surprise.

03 — Line items

Built for the boring, expensive problem.

Not a budgeting app and not an accounting package. A ledger of what you have signed up for, who owns it, and when it renews.

01

Warned before the charge

Email or Slack, at whatever lead time you choose — thirty days for the annual contract you want to renegotiate, one day for the trial you meant to cancel.

02

One honest number

Weekly, quarterly and annual plans are normalised into a single monthly run rate. The question “what does software cost us?” stops needing a spreadsheet.

03

Multi-currency, properly

Bill in dollars, euros, naira or yen. Amounts are stored exactly as charged, then converted into one reporting currency for totals.

04

Renewals on a calendar

A month view of every upcoming charge, and a board grouped by status or category. The same ledger, whichever question you are asking.

05

Shared, with roles

Assign an owner to each subscription so there is always someone to ask before it renews. Viewers see the spend without being able to change it.

06

Import what you have

Bring a CSV from your accounting tool. Column names, currency symbols and date formats are read leniently; anything ambiguous is flagged, never guessed.

04 — Terms

Licensing

Find out what you are actually paying for.

Most teams are surprised by the total. A few are surprised by what is still charging them.
