Terms of Service

Last updated 30 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this service. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Who these terms are between

“We”, “us” and “the operator” mean the organisation running this installation. “You” means the person or organisation using it. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your password confidential. The first account created on an installation becomes its administrator. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

3. What the service does

The service records subscriptions you enter, converts their amounts into a reporting currency, and sends reminders before renewal dates you have set.

It is a record-keeping tool, not a payment system. It does not cancel subscriptions, does not talk to your vendors, and does not move money. A reminder that fails to arrive — because of a mail server, a spam filter, a missing cron entry or an outage — does not transfer responsibility for a renewal to us. You remain responsible for your own contracts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to gain access to other users' data, or to disrupt its operation for others. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

5. Your data

The data you enter remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and do not sell it. You may export it at any time from within the application. What we store, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages all happen. Unless separately agreed in writing, the service is provided without a formal availability commitment.

7. Fees

Where the service is paid for, the fees, billing period and renewal terms are those shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for charges you incurred on a subscription recorded in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms should go to the contact address shown in the footer of this site.
