If the product does not do what this site says it does, we would rather refund you than argue about it.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is faulty, has been materially misdescribed, or does not function on a server that meets the stated requirements.
Where a refund does not apply
- You have changed your mind after downloading, and the product works as described.
- You bought it by mistake, or bought the wrong licence, and it has already been downloaded.
- Your hosting does not meet the published requirements, and you decline to move to hosting that does.
- You want a feature the product never claimed to have.
Before you ask for a refund
Most reported faults are configuration issues that take minutes to resolve — a missing cron entry, an unset mail password, an unwritable directory. Please contact support first. If we cannot get it working for you, the refund stands.
How to request one
Write to the support address in the footer with your purchase reference and a description of the problem. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.
Purchases made through a marketplace
If you bought through a marketplace, that marketplace's refund rules apply and refunds are issued through it.
